General Information
We are now receiving freakin’ truckloads of vaccine from NYS and the federal government.
When we receive them, we will be hosting one-day clinics to get rid of the doses in an efficient manner and away from the pharmacy itself, to prevent the dramatic impact this could make on our daily operations.
The Village Apothecary staff are intentionally kept out of the loop. They have work to do; we have created a separate COVID Vaccine Team to manage all vaccine activities.
Doses will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. That means that my customers may get doses AFTER people I don’t regularly care for. It’s not me.
Clinics will be held at locations in Saugerties, Woodstock, or Kingston, with our clinics most commonly happening at the Woodstock Community Center at 56 Rock City Road, Woodstock, NY 12498. Get directions
NY is now at open eligibility.
If you have any questions about logistics, we are accepting them via email only. Please DO NOT call the store.
FAQ
Yep. Please do. We have lots!
Sure! We’re compiling a big list, and we will notify all who are eligible when we have doses. If you add your name to the list now and the rules change where we CAN immunize your priority group!
We will be communicating to our waitlist every single Monday by 2pm to let people know if we have First Doses or not.
All of our COVID Vaccine FAQs are located here: https://drnealsmoller.com/vax/faq/
We have been overwhelmed with requests and they have lots of work to do with their normal responsibilities.
We’ve created a separate COVID Vaccine Team to manage all requests.
All information that goes with any questions you could ask are answered on these COVID vaccine pages.
While you wait for doses, take some time to read up!
