Rob Popper is a Level 3 British Triathlon Federation Triathlon Coach, a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, a Certified Sports Nutritionist, an experienced triathlete and a martial artist. He has been coaching, teaching and training for over 40 years, and has developed a very strong personal philosophy that informs all his interactions with clients. He sometimes calls it “Bruce Lee meets Chrissie Wellington.”
He has been coaching triathletes professionally for 15 years, all over the world, working with thousands of clients from ages 8 to 78, from nervous newcomers to seasoned pros going to world championships, even Olympic hopefuls!
